CoMo Pet Care Terms & Conditions
By purchasing services from CoMo Pet Care, you agree to the following terms.
Services
CoMo Pet Care provides dog walking, pet sitting, and related pet care services within Columbia, Missouri.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
Recurring dog walking plans are billed in advance through automatic subscription payments.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for completed services, unused walks, missed visits due to client circumstances, or cancellations after payment has been processed.
Subscription Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment date.
If cancellation occurs after a payment has been processed, services will continue through the prepaid period and will not renew afterward.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate pet information
Providing accurate veterinary information
Maintaining safe conditions for pets
Providing safe and working access to the home
Informing CoMo Pet Care of any behavioral concerns, aggression, medical conditions, or special care requirements
Emergency Veterinary Care
If a pet experiences a medical emergency and the owner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, CoMo Pet Care is authorized to seek veterinary treatment on behalf of the owner.
The owner remains fully responsible for all veterinary expenses and related costs.
Home Access
Clients may provide keys, garage codes, door codes, lockboxes, or other access methods. Clients are responsible for ensuring access methods remain functional and accurate.
Marketing and Pet Photos
Client grants CoMo Pet Care permission to photograph pets during services and use such photos for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials unless the client provides written notice requesting otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
CoMo Pet Care will exercise reasonable care while providing services. However, CoMo Pet Care shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including pet illness, injury, escape resulting from faulty equipment or unsecured property, acts of other animals, weather events, or emergencies.
Service Cancellations
Clients requesting cancellation of a scheduled pet sitting service should provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. CoMo Pet Care reserves the right to charge for services canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Safety
CoMo Pet Care reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a pet displays aggressive behavior or if conditions are deemed unsafe for the pet care provider.
Service Providers
Services may be performed by CoMo Pet Care or by trained employees, contractors, or representatives authorized by CoMo Pet Care.
Non-Payment
CoMo Pet Care reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for unpaid balances, failed payments, or repeated payment issues.
Deposits
Any deposits collected for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Additional Policies
Additional policies, service agreements, or instructions may apply to specific services and will be provided when applicable.
Changes
CoMo Pet Care reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
